Shipping policy

At Northshore, we're committed to getting your surf gear to you swiftly and securely. All standard orders are carefully packed and dispatched via Royal Mail, with a delivery fee of £3.99, or FREE UK delivery on orders over £50. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Exemptions (Large Items):
Due to size and handling requirements, the following items are excluded from standard delivery rates:

  • Surfboards: 3–5 working days | UK insured delivery – £35
  • Skateboards & Bodyboards: 3–5 working days – £10

All large items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in top condition and ready for the water.

UK Delivery:
Standard orders typically arrive within 3–5 days after dispatch. Please allow 2–3 working days for dispatch, especially during busy periods.

Global Shipping:
While we’re happy to ship worldwide, we currently do not ship directly to Europe. For international delivery quotes and times, please contact us via our website.

If you need your order sooner, we also offer Click & Collect and Special Delivery options at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Your stoke is our priority, but we understand sometimes things aren’t quite right. We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition, with tags intact.

Seasonal Returns Extension:
For purchases made from 20th November, our returns window is extended until 14th January to allow for gift exchanges. Please note, we still require an order number to process any return.

How to Return or Exchange:

  • Contact Us First:
    Please get in touch via our contact form or email info@northshorenewquay.co.uk before returning any items. This helps us support your return and prepare any exchange.
  • Condition Matters:
    Items must be returned in brand new condition. Damaged, marked, or tagless items may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
    Please ensure wetsuits are rolled, not folded, to avoid creasing damage during transit.
  • Hygiene Items:
    Products with a hygiene strip cannot be returned if the strip has been removed.
  • Proof of Purchase:
    Include your order number or purchase email (e.g. #27623) to ensure a smooth return process.

Special Notes

  • Surfboards:
    Surfboards are now available for UK delivery via insured courier (£35). Alternatively, you can still choose in-store collection from our Fore Street, Newquay shop.
  • Faulty Items:
    If something isn’t right, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll resolve it quickly.
